    Alley or RW?

    My first thought is Champion.
  2. A Vitro Bull's Eye.
  3. I do not think that is an American marble.
  4. This one looks like a Ravenswood to me.
  5. It's important to understand that the vast majority of marbles in your bag are not Champions. Check this thread for more info . . .
  6. Not that I see.
  7. Peltier Peerless Patch
  8. I agree with Fire, it's a less common patch/base color combination.

    Alley?

Spend a lot of time in the West Virginia Wednesday topic and look at the "Mostly Pics" threads in Steph's Study Hall. It takes considerable experience to gain proficiency and there really aren't any good substitutes or shortcuts - study, study, study, my friend.
  10. "Special"? A lot of that depends on your definition - nothing of interest to me.
  11. I agree, this would fit the Sunset definition.
  12. More likely a slightly odd Ravenswood, IMO.

    Alley?

This is one of those that you may never know the ID of for sure. To wit, if it was mine I'd have it with my Heatons.
  14. I agree with Ravenswood, the color is pretty distinctive.

    Wonky Swirl?

    I could see Sistersville too.
  16. I think one of the most plausible reasons that so many patches were found at Sistersville is because the marble jobber Rosenthal was there and they packaged all kinds of different marbles in bags and boxes from that location.
  17. JABO is a good call, IMO.
  18. Yes, an Alley from St. Mary's.
  19. I hear the kids are calling these Akro Robin's Eggs.
  20. It's a pretty one - I was probably just seeing bubbles. It's your marble and I can guarantee that you can see it better than I can. 🙂

    Alley?

I agree, this one looks JABO to me also.
  22. It's a Prizename and I'm not sure there is a distinction orange-red and in between, for a lifesaver, AFAIK.
  23. I don't think this one is American. And it does look like there is something in with the green . . . But it's hard to tell whether or not it's AV from here.
  24. I agree with Al and Fire, and yes, the big colorful one is Asian and often referred to as an Imperial.
  25. No, it is not a Master. It looks mostly Vitro or Marble King to me but I am not convinced it is one, or even that it's American made.
