me too. looks like crystalized-something on the staples. really nice marbles though. 9.99 but with a reserve. why cant people just start the dang auction at their acceptable lowest bid instead of hiding it. it makes no sense.

in my opinion.........the lamp would have sold for 130.00 or so. money is tight these days. plus the shipping seemed a bit high. the ravenswood box is rare but poor condition. hard to tell if the marbles are authentic. not saying they are not but ebay liars have hurt the honest part of the business. plus again shipping seems a bit high. nice stuff just commenting as asked. p.s. i never bid on reserve auctions because the opening bid is hidden and i do not like that. maybe others felt the same way. i always start bid at the least i would take that way people know what to bid or not.

not everyone, barely anyone, is trying to sell us jabos. they simply are showing them off. i made a comment about the multiple runs and it has opened up a floodgate. some, most, of those new jabos are great and i would love to get some when i have time. i also like my dug up vintages and bought/found vintages. Happy Easter everyone. I used to post pics of my finds but my time is used up at the moment in Parkersburg. I did find time to walk in a creek today on the way home and found some neat little mibs. I will post them once clean. Only spent 20 minutes in the creek b/c rain was coming.

griff i was not trying to belittle the runs just saying that all of a sudden there are alot of runs going on. i thought that the runs were rare like only one every few months or so. maybe its just this year so far. i dont know. just made the comment.

i was a guest and it was great. i just think if the marbles contiue to stream out then it does tarnish how special the special runs are.

is it just me or are the marbles pouring out of Jabo faster than ever? Is that 3 or 4 runs this year?
