What is up with Ebay's Marble Listings???

They have certainly changed something, but I am finding about the same number of listings, a bit fewer maybe but close. Might take some figuring out of the best way to search. And it seems they did away with suggestions, as I searched there were always a list of companies or different search phrases I could click on and that seems to be gone. -
Very nice Winnie! I think I like both a great pattern and great colors, The trick is to find those with both! =} Not usually possible but it is fun to try. =}

The loss of the glossy sheen is usually due to ware. Either pocket ware or in extreme cases, submersion in water. Same idea as how sea glass looks. Later on Vitro and possibly a couple other companies made a few marbles to look similar from the factory. This marble looks to be a Peltier.

So Ed, I was away from the marbles for a couple years and I might have missed some info, color wise I would have called both of our last a superman just a different pattern type. I always thought this below was a bacon. What is the general description of a Bacon which everyone has agreed apon?

So far as I know you are right Steph. The only swirls that MK actually made were those HTF marble King colored swirls. I don't think there was many of those run. As for St.Marys, I will start you off with a couple I believe are St. Marys

This was limited in the early 90's Vacor. On the newer side but figured it fit being sought after.

It is more a gimme gimme gimme, everyone says exotic coral but not like they have seen, although time will tell, I have not had it long and it's previous owner mostly kept it hidden. lol

So now that I have a Mt. Dew I will post it just below my Exotic Coral.....just thinking out loud here but I would think these be a little closer related. Maybe my Exotic Coral is a Cherry Dew. lol
