I'd consider 'mushroom' but I can see where others would guess Pelt (I don't think it is)

Canadian Transitionals?

A worthy bump to this thread, nice detailed pics. -
The oldest Germans typically are believed to be ground/faceted pontils. Some are done so well = barely visible. It's always wise to closely inspect in hand with a loupe if possible. You can only tell so much from a picture on a screen. But yes there is a lot to learn, and a lot of different opinions when it comes to names/definitions so I take most with a grain of salt

Looks good from here. Although it could be argued to be a paneled onionskin
-
Handgathered transitional, most likely Foreign to the US
-
Ive seen similar in non-US lots. 1st Pic almost looks like a 'Pincer' with minimal coverage.
-
This isn't your marble though, right? What does the person who has it, have to say about it? Any provenance etc.?

Nice save

A liberty of some sort with a touch of orange?

Im not seeing anything Peltier in this thread -
Could be? Or even Akro. I'd base that on the assumption most of the red glass is underneath and an extraordinary amount of the white ended up on the surface. Different lighting would help
-
Agreed that it looks like a Euro wirepull. On my screen its lavendr / blue on a dark amber base, is that correct in hand? Size can also factor into ID.
-
Nice one!

Is it .9" on the dot? Pretty large CAC

What's the odd one at 10 o'clock? Some kind of striped opaque? -

Any aventurine (sparkles) in the black?
-
Thats a German handmade. Came cut slag
-
Id be considering Foreign 'striped transparent' before Akro.
-
I believe these are now referred to as Peltier MCS (multi colored swirls). One on the right is particularly nice
-
Just to clarify: this is not an Akro Corkscrew. It is a Foreign transitional.
-
Yes, a less common color combo

OP is a 5-pin bowling ball of some type. Usually they don't have finger holes, but the size and construction is spot on
