  1. I thought I had a match for the OP in my Vitro pile, but after rooting around these are all I could come up with (search continues) Bottom right are obviously Pelt Carry on!
  2. Vitro vibes for me based on the pics?
  3. Approx 7/8" unusual core. One of my favorites.
  4. Another tray I got out to see the light of day. Spring cleaning time!
  5. Using a sphere machine though, right?
  6. That's a lot of glass! Perfect day for getting some fresh air
  7. Highly doubt torch made and some interesting traits that need a closer look. If it's vintage its a nice one.
  8. Looks like one of those foreign marbles referred to as pincers (or pinchers, don't recall). Anyhow, machine made probably 50-70 years ago judging by the lots I've found them in previously
  9. What color is it in hand? If red? Pretty much rules out MFC. Either way I'd lean more towards CAC based on the pics
  10. If we're all looking at the same marble in the OP, it appears to be a Foreign handgathered/ transitional.
  11. Hangathered for sure, but unless the pontil is ground/faceted and the marble is a lot more "round" than it looks in the pics I'd say No to Greiner for the OP
  12. Based on how out of round it appears in the pics....I'd guess it was originally intended for something other than a marble. Jewelry or lamp finial or something
  13. Sun was shining and this one called out for some fresh air. Plus I don't recall if I posted it before? 21/32"
  14. German cane cut slags is what I call them. Still looking for blue and red examples!
  15. They are closer to 11/16. Three on the right came in trade, one on left I already had
  16. Some nice finds recently there Ric. Here's one I traded for ~7yrs ago and was happy to find again
  17. Break in the squallls today, nice to get some sun. Lobed solid core 1 - 3/16"
  18. Yes, I agree with earlier opinions on subject marble. Pretty beat, but good place holder for collectors on a budget, if they are in the market for this type
  19. No expert here, but I agree the more labor intensive the pattern the more desirable. So if the spacing/geometry is good, or more colors (I see three colored stripes on both left marbles), those are good traits. Your marbles are good examples of the type When you get into the figural design paintings, thats a different beast. Big $$ and questions of authenticity.
