  1. Psssssssssst.... Bobbie is Eddies wife!! LOL And, that lady cranks out some mean marbles of her own!!! These are hers!!
  2. WAYYYY Cool Stuff, Scott!!! 'Gonna miss seeing you in June!!
  3. Cool Brian!!! I recognize a few... Can you label 'em for those who don't know who's who?? Thanks!!!
  4. It doesn't look like any marble I've ever seen!! My guess would be similar to Griff's... A knob or a finial of some sort... It looks as if it is molded to represent a "Monkey's Fist Knot"
  5. Notice a similarity? I think these are most commonly called "Pennsylvania Dutch" marbles, now... At one time, some of us speculated on their similarity to "Leeds Pottery." This group could strengthen that theory... I haven't been able to find an example of the Leeds design that most reminded me of this marble, but here's a close one that is thought to be Leeds... Leeds? Covered Comport Click on the picture to enlarge...
  6. Is that Michael Petura??? Yeah, I'd like to know how he's doin' too!!!
  7. I'm seein' what John sees.... Clearies, with lotsa lights and bouncing reflections..... But, I had also noticed what Marie sees... At a quick glance, they do have a "Bennington Look!!"
  8. Could the signature be dR? I don't remember if Dennis Richardson ever ventured into vortexes... But that looks kinda like his signature, colors are style... If it was purchased at Seatac... Maybe from Del Morgan?
  9. ............ And, just as suddenly as it was gone....... POOOOFFF!!!! It's back..................
  10. Big John, I usually have to go through that routine at least once a day.... I really need to do some house cleaning in my harddrive..... So, I figured I'd give it a shot.... No change.... That's wierd.... I had gotten a notice this week that AOL had added some files and restarted the computer (not unusual) so I figured that was the cause... Maybe not.... I can get in without a hitch if I use Internet Explorer... It's just a pain to bounce around...
  11. Nope.... I got another "The web address you entered could not be found" I really need to dump AOL and catch up with the rest of this century!!!
  12. I guess it must be an AO-Hell thing.... I had no problem using internet explorer....
  13. Nope..... 'Sorry Ant, I forgot you were Yuku, too.... But nope.... 'Doesn't work I just get this...... The web address you entered could not be found At least your site doesn't give me alternative links to glass sex toys!!!
  14. Really?....... No one else is having problems?? I still can't bring up anything Yuku.... Yet, everything else seems OK Maybe Scott finally managed to get me booted from the whole site!!! ROFLMAO!!!
  15. 'Can't believe I was the first to vote for a Dragonfly!!!! :Happy_050: The clothes are great!!!
  16. I've been trying to get into the Glass Addiction board since mid-day... It won't open. So, I just tried Marble Mental and Marble King of America..... No Luck.... Is it me, or has Yuku crashed???? . . . . . . . . . . . again.................................................... :Sad_headshake_tweetz:
  17. That game seems to be making the rounds of states.... NH had one a few years ago. Folks in other states have mentioned it, too.... I tried to buy some and leave them unscratched.... But, I couldn't resist!! Good Luck and Win BIG!!! (I didn't.... LOL)
  18. :Emoticon-jawdrop: :Emoticon-jawdrop: :Emoticon-jawdrop: :Emoticon-jawdrop: :Emoticon-jawdrop: I NEVER thought I'd see this day!!!! ROFL (David, that means Rolling On the Floor Laughing.... Your probably the very last person on Earth to learn this!!! ) WELCOME!!!!! And... Congratulations!!! Bert Cohen has been using emails for years now, but he hasn't figured out how to join a chat board, yet!!! LOL (At least, that's what he says!! ) Sue Cooper
  19. Wooooo Hooooo!! Happy B-Day, Bo!!! XOXO :Party_fest30:
  20. Holy Shnit!!!! :Emoticon-jawdrop: I'm still confused about the whole "Indian with a light blue base" thing.... Isn't a Banded Opague (translucent or transparent) basically an Indian with colored glass other than black?? When did the term Indian start to apply to non-black based marbles?? How did I miss this?? I would call this a 360º blue Banded Opague (or translucent to be technical....) But....... If the 360º is so dense that the base can't be seen accept at the pontils.... Does it matter? Who the heck is gonna care!?! I would think, for listing sake and getting the right attention, calling it a 360 degree Indian will be FINE. My GOD, that thing is amazing!!!!! :Money_0031:
  21. 'Sorry Sami... (And Running Rabbit) I don't see how there's ANYTHING Indian about it.... Maybe "Banded Transparent??" I mean... The #1 primary ID of an Indian is black based glass.... At least, that's how it started... Maybe that's changed along with so many other things..... Kids these days...... :Sad_headshake_tweetz: LOL
  22. Ooops, I see it now... my bad!! LOL I scanned it too fast.... In that case, I think I would call it an English Joseph's Coat..... It has some features that are not common to a Joseph's Coat.... But, it looks like it does meet most, if not all, of the requirements for a JC.... (How many colors does it have?) 'Seems like the closest "name" for the sake of naming it...
  23. Thanks Much Griff!!! I just stopped in to post this... 'See Ya there!!!
