Those two marbles in post #4 look like Popeyes, or at least were probably intended to be Popeyes, but they are LESS DESIRABLE Popeyes, IMO. That's as far as I delve into such technicalities.

The ice is from December 2007. Beautiful, but it did alot of damage and some of the stuff shown in the picture no longer exists because of it. I have no clue, SP. Why are you, a marble-maker, asking about diaper folds? You ought to know all that stuff. CHILL!!

eBay says that the DSR scores left by the buyer are anonymous. So if the DSRs left by a buyer immediately showed up in a seller's overall ratings, it wouldn't be anonymous, since the seller could tell what scores were left, if he/she was keeping track. I'm about 90% convinced that there is a time lag of several days, maybe even a week, before ratings left are accurately reflected in the overall scores. The time period may be somewhat random, just to keep everything anonymous. That's the best sense I can make of it, since some very positive feedback by buyers has been followed by DSRs going down, only to "level off" and be where one would expect them to be, after awhile.

Post #80 was one of the stupidest that I've come across in awhile. If you don't know the meaning of a word, how about looking it up in the dictionary, if you have one? It's pretty damn bad if we have to worry about some uneducated loser with a deficient vocabulary, being jealous of someone else's vocabulary. And if you DO know the meaning of a polysyllable word, but don't want people to use words that are more than two syllables long, TOUGH!!!

Now I'm wondering if my marble (see post #36) might not be Akro. It is on a clear base and the red is transparent.

I'm pretty sure this one's Vitro, but I've never known what type. I'm sure someone can tell me. It's a little over 19/32".
