More the pattern. I'm not 100% certain on this ID, but the pattern looks more like St. Mary's than any other maker IMO.

It's foreign, look at the cut lines on both and the beachball stream construction found on Asian and Mexican marbles. Beautiful examples though.

Champion and Alox would be your best two contenders for this one. Leaning Alox.

Those are MK bags with Alley marbles in them. They have value like they are but the marbles inside have nearly no value. An open package has nearly no value, so you'd be turning something with value into things with little to no value. Especially the Vitro bag, that one is worth a little bit unopened.
