  1. The OP marble is a swirl. I'd put it with Ravenswood.
  2. cheese

    Akro?

    I'd say oxblood swirl/horsehair swirl.
  3. Agreed, Sistersville Alley.
  4. I agree, oxblood and JABO.
  5. I'm thinking you are confusing seams with folds. This is a swirl from Alley.
  6. Right, I said 3/4" range because some off a 3/4" machine will be a little over and a little under.
  7. Champ didn't have a machine to make shooters. They made nothing bigger than the new old fashioneds in the 3/4" range, and none even that big before or after that run. That info comes from Dave McCullough and 2 different factory workers.
  8. My word, looks like a whole family of land and seas, bees, even maybe a poison bee? Lots of Germans, great score!!
  9. I'm with Vacor. Champion didn't make them in shooter size other than the new Old Fashioneds as far as I know, and even those didn't get this big.
  10. SMM only had a 5/8" machine all along until just recently, I was just at his shop a few days ago and saw his first successful run of 3/4" marbles. They were made less than a month ago. Before that they were all done on a 5/8" machine and 9/16" is easily in the range of what would come off that machine.
  11. Yes, Vitro cosmic rainbow. I like these types a lot.
  12. I agree with a Vitro Conqueror type.
  13. It's a Japanese Mushroom type IMO.
  14. Don't worry, we all scratch our heads sometimes no matter how long we've been collecting. This one is tough. I lean Vitro with the one straight and one curved seam.
