  1. If 5/8", I think possibly SMM A&B run for the first one. if 7/8" or more, then JABO. I think a pulled wonky Pelt for the second.
  2. Agreed, pic #2 gave it away, Akro.
  3. A nice example IMO, white or not. The dark green heavy coverage makes it better than many in my eyes. The smaller size is cool too, I think that in-between size might be harder to find than the 5/8" versions.

    Opinions

I would think Akro would be the most likely maker because of the seams, the pinkish streak, and the size all combined. Just a best guess.
  5. They have no name that I know of. They've been called rainbos but I think they are NLRs personally. I really like them.
  6. Yes you were. The second one not being an easy one to ID, so good job!
  7. First is a Peltier, no oxblood. Second is a later Ravenswood.
  8. Yeah the sunsets don't come around that often, at least for me. I don't know if they didn't make as many or what. I keep the ones I find, I think they are one of Vacor's better marbles. I've seen them with ribbons in the glass as well as on top. Often mistaken for Master, probably more often than not. I had a guy on the Mainly Master Made Marbles group on facebook trying to sell several like these as Masters. They had the ribbons under the surface some too. He had a whole big batch of them, all brand new looking and that odd peachy coral foreign looking glass in them. The glass on them is off for Master, you can tell something isn't right if you put one in a large group of masters.
  9. Champ is likely IMO, especially if under 5/8".
  10. What size is it? I think it's a Vacor sunset. First pic is a group of Steph's. They can vary a LOT.
  11. Agreed, not copperhead but it is a Pelt.
  12. I took a quick look and found a few. Just poor cell phone pics but they should suffice for the purpose. I should have more of them around. I sent some of these to friends too.
  13. IDs are all over the board but this is a Heaton 100%. I don't want to come across like a knowitall or anything, but... I recognize it. I have several from the digs but not many pics. One of these pics shows one stuck in concrete poured later at the site.
  14. If I don't sell them before I go, maybe my wife can. If not, I'm not sure who will get them. If a stranger ends up with them, they are organized in such a way that they should not have a lot of trouble figuring them out with a little guidance. I enjoy them for their beauty, the people the hobby brings, the fun, the history, and the challenge they present but I'm not obsessed with them, maybe I'll give them away. I sure won't be needing them where I'm going in the end and that's where I place the importance.

    2 Vitros

I think vitro, may backlight with opalescence.

    Never

For me I'm between Pelt and Akro, leaning Pelt. If the base is transparent/translucent, I'd go Pelt. If opaque, Akro.

    Crusty

    Odd St. Mary's Alley IMO.
