Sneak peek of what I'm settling in to crop & collage right now... new ones from the Indy Show! Ok that one there isn't a flame, lol, but it's still new, bought at the Indy Show. You might think that's a picture of 4 marbles. But no, that's actually a picture of an empty wallet!

From the Indy Show! Got my first Popeyes! I love the yellow in this blue & yellow Popeye -- it's like completely sub-surface!!! A little bit comes close to the surface and presses against the blue, making it look green. But there's no clean yellow breaking the surface. It really looks like a real egg yolk floating around inside. I love it!! And I love the purple & yellow combo. This color was actually the only one I intended to buy at the show, LOL -- the blue/yellow above was an impulse buy. The 2 shades of purple in this kinda make me drool a bit... And an awesome cork gift... I forget the name of this color combo -- it was something to do with Halloween...??? Anyone know the name? I love it!

I'm hoping those baby blues are Alley Blue Skies. And thought the one could be Coral. Besides the red/yellow flame, those were the 3 I was most excited about finding!

...but there was a huge lot (easily over 1000 I'd say) of un-IDed swirls to sort through that some non-swirl folks were selling at the Indy show, and I couldn't help myself!!! I got lost picking through that box for a good 30-45 min... I'm such a sucker for swirls. Here's a group shot. Will be getting pics of individuals for ID in a while, but wanted to get this up to see if there's anything that stands out, that anyone thinks I should focus on first! Will probably post the individual pics here in this thread, instead of making new posts for every single one, so check back often!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!! I had such a great time! Met so many WONDERFUL people, saw (and bought!) amazing marbles! I was nearly brought to tears by the generosity and pure awesomness of some folks... y'all truly made this a welcoming and special show for me. ❤ After ~16hrs of driving, 1000+ miles between Fri & Sat, very little sleep, and then busy all day out of the house Sunday... I think I'm finally caught up on my sleep and have free time to get some pictures taken. Lots from the show, plus 3 packages that arrived Thur-Sat that I haven't had time to get pics of yet either. So expect a picture bonanza over the next few days as I finally get photographing and cropping and collage-ing and uploading!

Woohoo, just parked!!! I'm pumped! 😄😄😄

Very, very hastily thrown together -- little tiny pieces of fuzz, where do you come from?! Why can't I see you until I'm zooming in and cropping the pics?! And now... hitting the hay.

Teaser pic of the box I just opened... 2 CAC flames, 2 Alley... shimmering spruces I believe?... and 1 absolutely stunning MFC brick. Not sure if I should try to take some pics now, or try to sleep in preparation for the 4 hour drive to Indy... well, I have some laundry almost done in the washer -- I guess I'll take some pics until my laundry is done in the dryer!

Oh man that's something I never considered yet -- packages being outright stolen! That's horrible. I've been worried about stuff just getting lost with USPS. Theft is even worse! Sorry they screwed you over. And man... I hope they get what they deserve eventually!

Does the in room trading start (tomorrow) Thursday Jan 4th? Trying to decide which days to go. I'd like to see the actual tables set up at the show on Saturday, as well as check out the in room trading. Think more people will be there on Friday for in room, than Thursday? Or is it better to get there early like Thursday and see/be able to buy stuff that might be gone by Friday??? Or does in room not even start tomorrow, haha! Is it just Friday? Thanks!

Majority of my marbles have come from ebay! The exception is the 2 flames like... 6 posts above this one? The red flame & orange flame -- those were from a FB marble auction group I had very brief access to. I have a few others from LOM, but none in this post (few Vitros & Ravenswoods & black cats & pretty stone marbles -- no Alleys!). Hoping I can find something pretty to bring home from the Indy show in a couple few days!

I uploaded a pic collage that I didn't realize had 2 of the same photos in it 🤣 So I made a new one, and added the new one to my gallery. That was my first mistake, it seems. When I went to delete the first image... the only "delete" button I find requires me to add a new image in its place! (So I could have just changed the image like that -- uploading the new one in its place -- instead of uploading the new one and then trying to delete the old one...) But I can't delete the old one. The delete option requires a new image. I can't seem to just delete an image. ??? Is there a way to do this? What am I missing? Help please! I click Manage Image, and only have the option to "Edit Details"... I click Edit Details, and "Delete" appears down at the bottom right... If I click Delete, it says a new image is required! If I try to click Save Image after clicking Delete, it doesn't work, because I didn't put a new image in its place... If an admin can delete it for me, this is the image I'd like to delete -- the upper right and lower left pics in the collage are identical. I'd like it removed since we can only have so many photos in our gallery... Thanks!!!

Wow! I totally thought that was under blacklight when I commented. I haven't seen a color like that yet, it looked like it was glowing to me. Heck even knowing it's not blacklit, it STILL looks like it's glowing, lol. What a strange color, it's messing with my head a bit now...

Yeah I could barely believe it was just chilling there on the bay!! The only one on the bay at the time... my eyes about popped outta my head and I couldn't click BIN fast enough lol!!

A super exciting addition for me, in my tiny beginner's collection ~ 21/32" Calligraphy Also have a couple Shimmering Spruces and a Blue Lady on the way.

Acquired my first flame today ~ 5/8" Couple more heading my way in the mail, too. ❤

My first CAC flame came in the mail today... 😍😍😍 5/8"~ Oooo I'm loving it!!! And I say "first"... because I still have 2 more on the way! 😄 Post some CAC flames while I'm waiting on my next package please ~ keep me drooling!! These have gotta be one of my top favorite marbles. I'm not so into the striped opaques or guineas, but these flames have my heart... and my wallet! 🤣 (Edit: Whoops... I just realized that 2nd pic has 2 of the exact same photo! LOL! My bad, lemme see if I can fix that... ... and, FIXED!)
