Carnivals have a darker green base w/ black and orange ribbons. Yes your base is close but ?? I'm not seeing Alley IMO

Closest I can come color wise is a Carnival. Only one like it I've ever seen. Ron @wvrons& @mibcapper agreed a very rare marble, I got it in a lot of Alley I purchased some time back.

If you desire proper I'D.'s post 3-4 marbles @ a time w/ views of each side and any apparent seams in the I.D. forum, your pix seem to be of excellent quality so no worries there.

Your first marble looks torch made , all the next 7 look machine made to IMO. Yes some marbles can bring hundreds even thousands of dollars. One thing I always keep in my mind is to collect what I like, of course as a collector that's what I do. I have a zebra w/o av. but I think it's opaque, the translucent example you have is certainly different.

All I have is crossthroughs, I think these are Japanese but I'm not sure ??

Agree 100, there is an exception to every rule, especially when there are 10's of millions of them produced

I have one in a box. A little more complex, called "The Labyrinth" I believe several different companies have been making them for years. Yes I believe mine came w/ two steel ball bearings as well. I'll try and dig up a pic ?? Can't find the pix right now, gonna take some new ones, I'll try and remember to do it as soon as I can. It does look like a few of them do have what would be considered oxblood in them, maybe some individual pics of the ones you suspect of having it would help out ??

I really like the sparklers, probably the high end of the lot. There are some very nice Veiligglas in there too , nice bunch of mibs

Populations only a bit over 2000 but they put on a really good show. When I was a kid all it was was bar and drinking races from bar to bar, pitcher to pitcher, fresh beer sausages, Mmmmm I'll never forget the smell of them sausages. "Rainier Days in the Park" supposedly the best fireworks show on the Columbia River. They light em off from a barge in the middle of the river. It's around the 10th of July every year, turn's the town of 2500 into 30,000 (temporarily) it helps it's right along Interstate 5. Got theses from a good marble Brother overseas in the Netherlands. Sizes go from around 5/8th's up to about 15/16th's but like Joep's pix I've seen em everywhere in between as well. I really like em The opaque ones are a bit more HTF and a little more on the spendy side for a really nice flame patterned one.

German Onionskin, a little beat but if ya like it, it doesn't matter
