    Oxblood?

Correct not an onionskin but a Josephs Coat. Onionskins have a colored wrapper over the transparent base of yellow or white w/ any myriad of colors stretched over the skin giving no window into the interior. Joseph coats have lines of color directly over the transparent base with separation between the lines usually giving a view into the interior, though sometimes the windows on a coat are so small into the interior that backlighting is almost a necessity. No oxblood IMO Onion Skin Joseph coats

    Prizename's

All Prizenames except the trans. blue. An Akro onyx cork due to the colored transparent base. MCSA LINK : https://www.marblecollecting.com/marble-reference/online-marble-id-guide/akro-agate-co/
  3. x2, Agree, Akro cork, any straighter and it'd be a patch by definition but there is a slight rotation so cork.

  15. I saved two of the four I passed last year, not the size of a grain of sand but 4.5 mm each. This ones almost 6 mm and has to be cut up w/ a laser to extract it. That's the problem it's to big to pass ( a bit bigger around than a pencil eraser) I'll dig around a bit and see if I can't find last years (bad memories)

"The Late Entry" A picture of one of my best & lifelong friends, Mick from a few years back Steelhead Drift fishing in the Deschutes river located in the desert in eastern Oregon for this "Sundays Best" He caught a large trout ( locally called a "reside") Just a little something different, figured I'd post while I felt good enough The Deschutes river spills into the Columbia mainstem just beyond the highway bridge behind him.
