  1. I think Jabo as well, I have yet to see a double ingot Vitro their quality control was very tight.
  2. You're right fire IMO, they can be slightly bigger but 99% are near the 7/8ths mark.
  3. Whoever it was did a good job faceting (making) the marble, I have a few like that where the person who made it was was so good @ what they did that if it weren't for the slight wobbling of the light reflecting off it you'd never know it was hand faceted : nice mib Joe
  4. If no facets are visible it may be a modern machine ground agate.
  5. A metallic Alley for this "West Virginia Wednesday" there are both iron looking ribbons in this one as well as some copper looking ones.
  6. It looks like a double ingot "butt" still it's funny .......
  7. Looks like a rehash of a Rockwell magazine cover to me, still nice to look @
  8. (both the red and opaque blue & the red & opaque white patches) pretty much non descript. @ least the red looks transparent on both types of patch from what I can see ?
  9. No oxblood, oxblood is usually quite opaque & on the surface but sometimes will dive in and out of the base glass. An Akro silver oxblood w/ oxblood diving into & out of the base. An Akro oxblood patch under regular light and backlit, note the oxblood is only on the surface of this one and quite opaque. The color looks much like dried blood thus the name "oxblood"
  10. Agree w/ (newer) MK
