Looking like a Pelt to me they kinda loose the pattern when they get bigger ...from my observation but....lol. If not pelt I would say Alley as well ,lots of help here

It looks to have probably been built in the instructions say one marble stays in the shooting chamber after looking at the patent info in your post I think I figured it out .did yours have original marbles. This one did not have any original marbles . I'll post some more pics of the shooting mechanism 👍
