Found it in Decorah at a private antique dealer's shop, he does business out of his garage, for only $9!! They are somewhat HTF...

That's a champagne bottle holder that I dug up in Florida back in the late 80's. Saw a blue on for sale a while back for 50 bucks. This was in the ground along with a 1969 license plate from Waycross, Georgia and a thick, green glass TV screen. I made a table out of the screen but parted with it years ago...
