Who would challenge that statement? Not me--good eye cheese! Marble--On!!

Cats are still a hard ID for me---I still try and I do stick my neck out once in awhile. The way that the vanes are seperated in the middle would point me towards Heaton USA---or a variety of asian mades. I will lean more towards Asian made here because the Heatons that I have carry a deeper orange on the outer rim of the veins. Vacor does not count in here imho--Vacor makes some of the most colorful/best cats ever made. I appreciate all opinions and respect them all. Marble--On!!

Nice find! They come very big and they come very small and everything in between. Catch them when you can! Marble--On!!

This one is a Vacor my marble collecting friend. It is more than likely a "Black Panther". Marble—On!!

I am right there with Al. Pelt Bananas can get a bit weird. These are out of a larger bag and I am using lower light to show what we will all agree on, crystal clear base glass and very few bubbles as opposed to most Peltiers or any “cat eyes” for that matter—some of the nicest crystal glass found in production type marbles ever. Those transparent green ones are a hard ID as they look very close to some Asian made. (How did that Muddy get into the image? ---yep, the addiction continues, this is a new one) Marble—On!!

A new type of Heaton bag discovered
akroorka replied to cheese's topic in General Marble & Glass Chat
Any Heaton packaging is rare to find. I suggest that it did make it to retail and more will be found thanks to your images Cheese. I just love this stuff--really I do!! Marble--On!! -
Yes there is---too bad for sure. Good eye Fire!! Sorry, I just had to be the one to respond first--I just hate polished machine made marbles--just hate them. As an un-polished marble it would have been too hard to believe, it is still a very nice Pelt. A very nice Pelt--what would you call it Fire? Marble--On!!

Yes, I know, this is a “Jobber box”. Our old friend Ron said green or blue boxes for Ravenswood; I wish that he were here to see these. A cutout is included in this Red one from the box itself---not too common to find imho. The marbles are all 5/8” or smaller. The biggest one is the blue and white at 5/8”. Tell me what you think---- two different views of the marbles and one comparing them to the blue and green boxes. Thanks and --- Marble—On!!
