    rainbo?

The only thing that I have heard is because they were found in the Champion Jr. bags by Peltier. Other than that....? It is confusing also to try and say which types fit so, I think, most collectors ignore the Champ Jr. name. Also, using the "Champ" name confuses ID's with Champion Agate Co.
  5. Here was a list of marble companies, including West Virginia, that someone had done back in 2001 and posted to the Marble Mansion Board. rainbo?

Some of my Peltier "Champion" bag pics.
  7. Here are a couple pics from Don Miller and an older pic from Ron plus couple other group pics.
  8. Paypal here but comment on Money Orders - you can deposit into your bank account. You don't have to go to P.O.
  9. Very good information. Thank you Ron.
  10. Cool box. I have never seen anything like it. I assume no company or manufacturer name on the box. So, it'll be what someone wants to pay for it (or wants to sell it for).
  11. I lean to Pelt as, I think, as Steph mentioned, the ends of the ribbons on a Figure 8 come together. But, as in the upper left couple in this picture that Winnie had posted back in 2010 of Figure 8's - .....?
  12. A little add-on here. There are marble collectors (sellers) that do come to the show only and that is the only time you will see them. There are deals to be made. Plus, there are local people that come by with their marbles (from their folks, grandfolks, barn finds....) wanting to sell them. Many good deals have been found.
  13. Nice ones - keeping his kids out of the sun.
  14. All three look like Akro Corkscrews.
  15. Great reminder of that dig. Nice pics and information. Thank you all.
