    You don’t look like a fool! Marble identification is a lifetime endeavor and seams are only one part of the ID process. Everyone gets discouraged, I know I do at times. It’s a 2 steps forward and 1 step back process. You’ll get better and better if you persevere.

    Honey onyx should have a semi-opaque white base with a thin translucent brown patch and a thin translucent green stripe. Maybe the one on the left in the “family” but can’t see the other two meeting the criteria.
