Last Dance Families Named

I had lots of fun tracking down all of the marbles from this run a few years ago.  It is still the only fully identified and named JABO contract run out there.  Trying to find an example of all of the marbles (including each of the lutz swirls) is a very worthy undertaking, especially if you weren't one of the investors.

New here...i was one of the investors on the last dance dec 2008 run.  Due to life circumstances i am just now revisiting my hoard.

I unfortunately could not be ar the actual marble making event, dang it, so i am attempting to sort all these beauties...a bit if a challenge.

Im hoping i might get some assistance here?

Hello. Welcome.

I'm relieved to see that the photos are still in this thread.  They're hosted at Edna's old picture site so I wasn't sure they would still be available.   I will put this thread on my list for importing the photos to our own hosting.

Josh is still around and he's my go to with Jabos. Good luck!  @Nantucketdink

I know you are saying Edna didn’t include them all here.  Please share the ones you can’t match up right here and I would be happy to show you where they are included here (or I could be astonished you have some super rare ones that nobody else had…but highly doubt it)

As I suggested elsewhere the first step to familiarizing yourself with a run is to fully seperate all of your marbles from a run into the different color families.  Typically my steps include first into larger color families, next into specific different color families, and for this run separating the lutz swirls out within the specific exact color combo.  After you have them fully broken down, match them up with each numbered group and label them.  Even as an investor, it’s possible you might be missing a variant.
