(I have no idea!) I just plugged in the reply on an online french translation service: French: "Usine de fabrication de Billes (jeu pour enfants) Cordialement." "jeu pour enfants" means child's play or something pretty close to it So, according to the rough job I do with dictionary translating, you really were right! Also Googled the factory name, etc. and found a PDF article somewhere that talked about it. It all seemed to lead back to the real deal.
