Throwing this out there . Machine made mibs ...I have read about the plain black and white Akros .and yellow and white combo what would make a marble hard to find ? Is it Production quantities because of the orders that came in . Could it be regional because of a better salesman on the west coast 🤔 vs mid west . Is it colors that were harder to make.

A couple plain white and yellow.

Try this on for size---look for any White on Black corkscrews, they are rare, there are plenty of Black on White.

Yellow on top of any kind of white in a corkscrew is a hard find.

I have no explaination as to why.

Try purple on opaque white cork. Very htf.

Some I got together in a lot that have been together all these years. Yellow on white. I don't think they are quite in the "rare" category or anything but not as common as others. The second pic you show is a peltier rainbo, a common one.

White and yellow corks are easy. But total opaque white base and yellow cork is hard to find.

I wonder what happened to the forum member from years ago named Road Dog. I recall he had some purple on opaque white corks. 2 or 3 maybe.
