Guiltynotguilty81
I’ve always thought this might be a furnace but I’m really not good at swirl IDs. I’ve had this one for a long time and is one of my most cherished marbles. Any ideas what I can call her?

akroorka
Well, It certainly has attributes of a "furnace". I have only seen images--far from an xpert on these. Great marble non the less. Marble--On!!
Ric
I don't think it's a furnace marble but it might be a twisted Champion.
wvrons
I cannot be sure what company it is from. It is a error that did not spin correct in the marble machine rolls groves. So the intended pattern or goal was messed up. Every hot glass glob has to spin in all different directions on its own axis in each marble machine roll grove, especially the first couple roll groves. If the glass glob spins in one direction only the marble pictured above happens. Many times the tight twist one end or pole, will be slighlty rough or roll marked. A ying yang pattern or rams head pattern. Many things can cause this, temperature hi or low, roll speed, size, glass build up on rolls, and more.
Guiltynotguilty81
It has looks like a vortex if you’re staring straight at it from a certain angle. It may have gotten messed up but it’s perfect to me thank you for the responses
