It's a Black Line All Red - the older type of All Red.

I agree Black Line All Red.  Always a white base, always one red patch, and a second patch of a different color, with a dark line of color around the center or middle.  All Red with a dark line or color around the middle between the two patches of two other colors.  The early or first Vitro All Reds.  Some, especially larger size ones can twist and swirl.
