Adventurine Patch and Defect Mib?

The first looks mostly Akro to me and it does show AV but I would want to see a good straight-on view of the other cutoff before I commit entirely. The red/white one looks like some kind of ornamental object - things like this were, and still are, made by many different glass houses.

@Ricthank you! I'll try and get another side pic of the AV mib. I haven't seen a lot of AV in akro's is it pretty common?

AV on Akros isn't real common but there are quite a few out there - especially patches. I think about the  only other company yours might be would be Peltier, which is why I really need to see both seams and the shape of the patch clearly to make a more definitive call.

Not all that common to find av in Akro but yes, they did make some, agree w/ ric on the patch being Akro

@Ric Here are a few more shots on the AV Patch. Thanks again for taking a look.

This is a tough one because of the patch shape and the cutoffs, I want to say Akro but I think there is a good chance it's just an odd Peltier because they made a lot of black AV patches like this and I have not seen many, if any, Akros that are similar.

This is a fun one.

I appreciate all opinions and look forward to a positive ID on all marbles posted.

I would love this one to be an Akro—believe me; I want them all to be Akro.

Based on the damage shown—not “dug out of the ground” damage as almost every Akro with AV is, but played with damage, more common in this group of images to a Peltier than an Akro.

The colors in the AV, Greens and reds which do not show up in the Akro Black AV that I have seen and the distinct possibility of the base glass being Opal----is it??.

The bleeding of the black over the white is also more common with Peltiers than it is with Akro Agate marbles.

I will stick with it being a Peltier Patch. These Pelt Patches will be all over the place, drizzle, lack of color, too much color, weird swirls, and funky cutoff marks, and very often with AV included.

Cut-lines lie all of the time and Peltiers do this often.

Of course, having it in hand will always be the best.

All opinions are welcomed and appreciated.

@akroorkaLetting size decide this for me....going pelt.  It comes in at 9/16 in. I haven't seen to many Akros in that size where I've seen quite a few pelts.  Def a hard one to gauge, thanks all for sharing the knowledge!
