Do you know what it is called?  I’d like to find another not broken one.

I would call it a later version of thre "All Red".

It looks a bit "Greasy" or extra glossy---chromic almost---the finish I mean.

The black part is more than likely a form of plum or purple if backlit.

They made some very nice ones in this format.

I think you'll find that the black is UV "reflective", not "reactive".  Reflection of the light is common to mistake in black and white.

It's a big ol' Vitro Tiger Eye Type IV, as far as I can tell. The patch and ribbons can get pretty wild in the bigger sizes.

I need to correct myself. I do not think this is any kind of Tiger Eye - just a big Vitro Patch and Ribbon. It seems to have a patch and ribbon style like a Type I Tiger Eye but they have white veneered on clear transparent base glass.
