Here is a thread you may find interesting.

This is a funny thing Ric,
You are right on track here with me today.

The marbles shown are 15/16” to 7/8” and the smaller ones are 5/8” to 9/16”. The nets are not clamped, they are melted together at the bottom.

I was just about request an ID on these nets that I recently aquired in a trade from overseas. cvdc showed these in this old thread that you posted.

I show some images below. They are wirepulls—I had the same doubts as those that responded in this old thread.
@Mojo may shine some great light on these.

They sure look like Veiligglas to me, Art. In fact, I have some similar bags. I wonder if some NOS was packaged at a later date or maybe this was just packaged late in Veiligglas's history?

And I'm always happy to help, even if entirely unintentionally!

I hope that @Mojo gets back to us on this one.

It may help to settle this issue with both/all of us.

Marble--On!!

They are Veiligglas

I bought them when i started collecting marbles from a man that lives near Amsterdam and has a warehouse full of old and vintage toys that he sells

I can do some extra research about when they were packed , to be continued

😃👍🏻
