Chad G.
Yes, modern, machine made, no pontil, I see an orange peel surface which is common on the surface of many Vacor so going w/ Vacor for a manufacturer on this one, maybe "Bear" or "Bald Eagle" not really sure ?? cheese
Definitely a Vacor. That's not a pontil. I can't tell what sort of damage that is from the pics, but this is 100% a machine made marble.

I agree with Chad, It is a Vacor--of some sort. Vacor is no different from any other marble making company. Sometimes colors get mixed where they should not be. It may be a cross-over type. They keep the production moving between color changes, the more they make the better--"Do not stop--keep the glass flowing". On to the next make and model. Marble--On!!
