I was sorting my 5/8th or generally close to that size marbles in my Jabo section of my collection last night.

There are probably some that are not Jabos. There are some probably that are that I would not have figured as such not too long ago.

Since I started collecting these I have learned that there were earlier production marbles made by Jabo before the more fancy efforts and contract runs.

Late Edit a day later

( I took new images and sorted out the maybe Jabos I think )

4 trays

A couple of compartments in the first tray and maybe a few other of the contract run marbles here and there but the vast majority, maybe not all, of the rest are JABO Classics. Nice selection!

Pretty much everything with any significant bling will be from a contract run.

The Joker boys (L to R Jim King, the late Ed Parsons, Kevin Plummer, the late Dave McCullough of JABO, and Rick Hall) ready to dive into the first ‘J.E.R.K’ run after it cooled overnight:P1000561.thumb.jpeg.2d35e1f3c7b066350fa858074f30b8f8.jpeg

Not quite the holy grail all of us were seeking - gold lutz - but these early ones were tantalizingly close.

Some early ones definitely came close:

I think these were from a 2009 wash out.

Andy Davis Tops and Bases I won at auction arrived today. I gave 2 away to a couple kids today so here are the 18 I have left. I think I paired the bases and tops up pretty good.

I posted the listing image in the "Score" thread a week or so ago.

These supposedly come from the cullet glass from the Oct 16th 2010 Jabo Ladies First Run. :dunno:

The base on each reads
