Fire1981
I’m going to start with this one. It’s 3/4 and I think it’s an Akro. If so. Is there a patch type attached to this one 🔥 RAR
cheese
Looks like Akro.

akroorka
Classic Akro cutlines here--nice find! Marble--On!!
cheese
Today I see the one color is light blue? Last night when I looked, for some reason it looked translucent white (maybe due to lighting being low and monitor turned down). Now that I see light blue I'm going with early Master. cheese
Here are some examples. Sorry for the confusion. Early ones looked like Akro (they were Akro employees, so of course they would start off similarly). 2

This is always hard to argue with--Master patches vs Akro patches. If cheese says Master----hard to argue—Nice images cheese!! I will stick with Akro though--just my humble opinion and I appreciate them all. Marble—On!!
cheese
No problem. These are the early ones that confuse people. Wider seams and often larger marbles during those times.

I'm guessing 1930s is time frame ?
cheese
Yes, 1930s. A lot of them back then were around 21/32" instead of 5/8". Not just Master, but other companies too.
cheese
Master also sold Akros but that was later on in the 50s after Akro closed. I don't know if they sold them prior to that or not but I think not likely in the early days since Akro was trying to put Master out of business, not help them by selling them marbles.
Fire1981
Whoa ! I never knew the history of Akro vs Master history. I just thought they both just shut down. I guess I’m kinda bias and thought it would be the other way around. Thanks Cheese ! 🔥 RAR
