The one on top has what I say look like brush strokes in the blue, bottom doesn't. Top has orange peel, bottom doesn't. If not Vacor, then what? Top: 15/16 about 24, 25mm. Bottom: 13/16 about 20mm. No kidding, huh?!? I wondered but thought no way. Nope. No polishing plans here, it'll end up on the bay at some point.
