Rough estimate

Mostly modern and common.  They couple which might not be aren't standing out to me as very valuable.

I am not able to make out what kind of marble is in the top left of this image.    The red and white halfway down is also different and I can't tell if it would be older or newer. However, even if older, it's not standing out as something to sell individually.

Where are you hopoing to sell them?

Question for you Alan. How come you never post any of your marbles that shed light on any of your responses to any threads here? It’s a pattern that I don’t understand. Hope for $5.00? Here’s a Newbie just asking about a group of marbles they aren’t sure of when it comes to monetary value. Do tell and start an interesting thread about one of your marbles you’re not sure of it’s value or an ID. You’re a buzz kill and I don’t care if Art shuts this thread down. I’m just glad Halli asked about these🔥

I do not understand your first point.  I don't collect common Cats Eyes, so I do not have a comparative example to post.  If anyone disagrees with my (or any one else's) price estimate, they can, of course, extend the OP a monetary offer.  Money talks.  An offer beats an estimate.  Offer the OP $100 for the pictured Cat's Eyes.

Some members post countless threads here.  My opinion on that is irrelevant.  I follow my own compass and standards developed for 3+ decades.  There is a fair amount of self-promotion here.  That is not my style.  To each their own.

Over the years I have historically posted a fair number of photos of what I collect.  Little mystery there.  The Search function here works.  I also own significant amounts that I do not share and never have.  I have no motivation to.

Your latter opinion is just that.

I just need a rough estimate if I was to let these go as a lot. Or do you think I’d be better off with individual? Tried to get them in natural light and then with flash on

Wolf. I’m not sure I’m following this group shot compared to halli’s group. halli….can you post pics of the tan and red marble at 11:00 in the last pic? I’m curious if it’s some type of rock or made out of clay. It looks funky to me and I mean that in a good way🔥

Alan said $5.00 on her’s. Are you going to list this group for auction with a $5.00 opening bid or are you putting a reserve on this group🔥

You talking to me Rick? These Popeyes aren't mine. This is pictures that get sent to my email for some reason. This piticular group of Popeyes is worth between 1000-2000 for sure. They are elite.

Best advice. Start your own Wolf Akro “Look what I just won” thread in General or go to the Score Thread and post your Akro’s there. Take advantage of the Score thread so everyone can enjoy your latest Akro’s you’ve added to your and yours alone collection. Too bad you’re not a Pelt Head. I’d always check in and be envious of your $100 plus Pelts you just scored🔥

So where do these fit in with halli’s group pics and asking advice about listing this group for auction. I think it’s obvious I just responded to your post 🔥

Yall already gave the advice, the picture was for soothing emotions. 🙂

Hopefully I won't be buying anymore more marbles. Hopefully I'm done. As it stands now, I need to reduce my collection. The only Peltiers I have is that big cub-scout and one or two small ones. Remember the scout?

I think the best advice i have ever received from my friends in these groups is to not put a ton of expectations on the values of any of the marbles you were to try to sell. Start them all at around $1-$3 in auction format and allow your customers to decide what they are willing to pay for them. Also, remember Good quality marbles will sell themselves and the rare and valuable will manifest themselves within that process.  Be sure to invest the time in seeking credible information on anything you list. You dont want to be known for spreading misinformation. Having factual identifications on your listings will dramatically impact the results. Being to vague with listings can and will stunt your potential value. Honesty and fairness are your way to being successful. I recommend acquiring some followers before starting auctions only. To help solidify your legitimacy. I feel like that is the very best advice i could pass on that I have acquired from participating in this group and the allaboutmarbles.com community forum of wonderfully helpful folks.

M&M, where would you price these? They come with the boxes. Under or over 200? Thanks, man!

Having the box is a super cool bonus even though they aren't what originally came in it. I would estimate it to potentially bring anywhere from $100-$200 max. Thats my modest guess and I recommend hearing a couple more opinions.
