It's a more frosted or not glossy finish, has what looks like a pontil (pic 1), is 39/64 (.61) inches with no UV. It is completely opaque. There is what appears to be some kind of filling attempt in a couple of the creases (it doesn't wash out, even with a scrubbing) and the pontil and chips look to me like they are smoothed out- so maybe it was polished?
