Ok, this will be fun.

Seems to me we had a thread like this before but, what the heck, it's probably a few years old and we have a ton of new members here so....

Post your favorite kind of car, truck, motorcycle, Or Post what you have, or Post one you've seen or rode in...anything that you would consider worthy of being Eye Candy...

Let's Roll!

Here's a nice one currently being totally rebuilt from the ground up by my buddy Jim in Mabel, Mn...and yes I was the photographer!

If I remember correctly, a 1965 El Camino!

Yeah, I'm that first picture featuring the power plant of the El Camino, in the background you see that guy with the long hair? That's my brother in law Dave. His mother was married to Jim's (the guy building the car) brother Duffy...

Anyway, Dave and I grew up together in Jacksonville FL...Dave at one time owned a 69' Malibu SS, and if that car wasn't bad a** enough, that joker had nitrous running it as well! Boy, I'll tell ya, he took us out to Pritchard Road, a real long stretch outside the city where folks would gather for some not so legal racing. It was bring what you got. Put up or shut up...

Nobody would run against him that day, so we did a solo run. WOW. We hit 200mph in under 1/4 mile. The force was incredible. I broke a sweat trying to lean up in my seat. No dice. I was glued to that seat, fast. My cheeks were fluttering and the car was rocking sideways back and forth as we tore that road up.

Good thing that we had an extra mile to slow down because without a chute, we needed it!

Amongst the items that I received following my Dad's passing in August of 2024 was this calendar that my oldest sister Nila had apparently helped him put together....

I was shocked, as some of these vehicles that my father owned I had no idea about! I'm sure they weren't mint, but none too shabby I bet either.

Enjoy this cool collection of vehicles that, at one time or another, he owned. Here's January-June....

👍😎
