Their marbles were made as a way for the company to use cullet and scrap from their stained-glass operations—rather than as a dedicated marble line like CAC, Akro, or Peltier. They never really perfected the marble and had limited operations. From what I’ve come to understand, some of the key things people look for are the burnt sesame seed look, cold roll/ creasy defects, and odd colors and color combinations attributed to that stained glass.
