As a Definition--"Slag’s” are white on a single colored transparent base glass.
This is the accepted version of a "slag" for many, many years.
Yours is Pretty Weird. It is not a slag imho.
I see two cut-marks, one of which shows white in-between.
This suggests to me that this may be a weird “veneered marble”.
My call is just a very weird Marble King or really weird Vitro Agate.

Not Christensen, I see no tail, just drizzle, machine made IMO, I won't hazard a guess as to the actual manufacturer of the marble at this time. Someone will chime in that knows what it is, maybe @cheese will have an idea ??

Could be?  Or even Akro.  I'd base that on the assumption most of the red glass is underneath and an extraordinary amount of the white ended up on the surface. Different lighting would help

Definitely agree, not CAC.  Not Akro IMO.  Leaning Asian.
