I was at a party in Denver, 1974. We saw something, a large circle with red lights around the perimeter. It was a clear night, it blocked out the stars. Saw it for 15 minutes. The next day the official explanation was a formation of helicopters. We didn’t hear any sound at all. in 2015, the wife and we’re in the hottub watching the sky, looking for satellites. We typically were seeing 5-8 per night. We saw one headed due north, when it literally made a right turn and headed east. Satellites typically move 15,000MPH, so no explanation. Kirkland, WA.

Went to a new consignment store today. There was a table with open baskets of marbles, started cherry picking. Clerk came over and said they were for sale as a lot. After seeing the 15/16” black clown and odd green corkscrew with colorant, it was a done deal. The marble King bag (Heaton?) was a bonus.

Dad moved to La Posada after Mom passed in 2009, awesome retirement center. He passed in 2020, pre-Covid. we are looking at Tucson, maybe 5 years or so.

My best Tucson find. My parents lived in Green Valley, used to hit most of the antique stores when visiting. Finally sold it at the Portland show last year.Copper Kettle is a favorite. We still visit every June to see friends in Oro Valley.
