  1. Great use of type trays! I have 2 I use for Knick knacks. My wife bought me some wall units to display my better mibs. Ordered off ebay, with sliding plexiglas fronts. Like those used for golf balls but smaller holes for 5/5-1” marbles. Also have 1 for larger mibs, up to 2”. They are very affordable. Will find the link and post it. here is my type tray cabinet for all the others.
  2. Ron, great description of the hobby, thank you, will be using it in the future. The other statement I like is “Once you buy it, you can call it whatever you like.”
  3. A few years back I sold a number of 8-vane examples on eBay for ~$3 each. The price dropped dramatically as I had 90 examples...
  4. Great examples, thanks for showing. I have seen shooters with 4 colors sell for $50+ on eBay.
  5. Steph, your “database” is a thing to admire👍
  6. There are a couple drawers that need a few new spacers, otherwise all there. located in Kirkland, WA at Haystack Home Antiques. 425-803-2121
  7. I have no clue...saw a large floor model for $1,300 earlier this week. it would sit on top of this, a secure type-set cabinet. Drawers are sloped to the left.
  8. Didn’t ask, already blew my yearly budget😢
  9. Found this today but price seems high at $760? would hold roughly 900 mibs.
  10. Forgot to add my aliases: Rusty-Rustoleum Callie (Calapus) Deedee (Needee-Deedee) Amber-bamber-fuzzybutt Zoey (the Snark)
  11. Haha, I’ll reduce the stress and give you $100 for the lot.🤔
  12. I have room to display it, you can come visit any time you want... 🥴
  13. Great site! I need to go thru my pelts now...
  14. Onionskin... this is an old cigar display that was in the lot. All the marbles came from 2 buys.
  15. Nope, a craigslist ad locally. The AKRO purple/yellow, purple/red, and blue/red popeyes/corks were part of it. I do love the mint swirl, ground pontil, full of air bubbles.
  16. I had 2 marbles by Bob Hamon that I sold at the Sistersville show in 2008, I have 3 now to compensate...
  17. That would be a long list...had to sell a bunch thru Zaboo maybe 6 years ago to cover a LARGE vet bill. Our silky terrier Sushi lasted for another 2 happy years.
  18. Haha...love the older US mint designs. The 1837 half-cent was not a mint issue but on of my favorites, along with the buffalo nickel.
