Halloween is an American celebration that is gradually conquering Netherlands,especially Amsterdam (enough crazies here). Yes I know if they were found in America it would be much easier to ID them. It's mainly those damn patches why I struggle so much. Sometimes I hate them and can't look at them for weeks,it's a pity that I know so little about them. Here're I think Japanese patches with a colored transparant base and an opaque patch.

Random some Asian patches. I will clarify this,some of the patches that I find here,I'm pretty sure of that they're made in Japan,and if so I mentioned it. If I suspect that they're not made in America or Japan than I call them Asian. Of course Japan is Asian but when I mentioned Asian,I mean not Japan,can you follow it? LOL

She was in lots of parts,and had to have new elastic,I got her dressed because she had horrible new clothes. She is marked in her head,made in Belgium,and made of composition. beautiful glass eyes,I couldn't resist.

I couldn't find one marble this weekend,so I've bought an old Doll.

I don't recognize it as an old Japanese marble,and I've never seen an old Japanese one with orange peel.

Here are,what I think Moss agates--Ades. The middle right one is a bit yellowish orange and the one on top is reddish orange. I think the one Hack posted is the same as the one on top.

Thanks guys and girls,I appreciate it,I understand that a marble found here,it is extra difficult to ID,I have myself a lot of trouble with it.

this one is from the saturday sparkler find,it has 4 vanes,so I thought to post it here.

For the present it's in the Amsterdam box,looks a bit strange,hard to explain,the colors are more in contrast with each other,and the dark color is almost black opposed to the Amsterdam swirls which are dark brown or dark purple. Also the colors blend a bit more together in the Amsterdam swirls. This is the group where the marble was in.

first pic-,left on top,looks like a slag,next to it possibly Alley.

What a bright colors on the earthenware marbles,never saw those colors before.

Thanks,yes it was a very good day,found 2 groups one had only Euro sparklers in it,and the other group had Peltiers-Masters-Vitro's and Alley's, but the one I posted really jumps out.

This is the first time I doubt between CAC and an Amsterdam swirl,usually I see it at first glance. Although I have not precisly this color combination in the amsterdam swirl,it could still fit. In the group where it was in,were several American marbles,anyway I like it for whatever it is.

Ah loser,we use it often here,we have borrowed it from English. It sounds better than the Dutch word,which is "mislukkeling".We have borrowed many words from the English language. Nowadays in some schools all classes taught in the English language.Both my grandsons,they speak better English than I do LOL
