  1. What fun, we did the same thing when I was a kid - we had one of those fancy new 8 mm film projectors. lol

    5/8 Alley?

    It looks Ravenswood to me.
  3. I'm not sure the base color fits for a Polar Bear - it's not the icy green/blue I would expect to see.
  4. Pattern and size point more towards Alley, but the colors definitely look more Ravenswood. So they question is, are the colors accurately represented in the photos?
  5. It's a Peltier Rainbo, IMO.
  6. Well, the glass is cool but the kids are way cooler - what a lovely brood! It looks like they were ready for some fun!
  7. A bunch of nice color there, Melissa!
  8. A CAC Snotty for this Slags & Swirls Saturday . . .
  9. It's a little hard to tell with these views/lighting. Ghosts will show a lot of transparency when backlit. I call this one a Super Ghost - Alley Superman striping colors but a ghostly blue base. 🙂
  10. Thanks @Steph, I like brown on marbles and these are pretty attractive. One of these days I may have to figure Facebook out - or maybe not. 🙂
  11. I'm pretty sure I have seen them but I don't recall them very well - It'd be great to see a pic . . . 🙂

As I recall, there was an investors run where a R/W/B marble name had something to do with the USPS. Obviously, I don't remember the specifics. lol I'd be surprised if @Nantucketdink didn't know more about it though.
  13. @Chad G. Yours is an excellent example of the type too. This one just happens to be "over the top". Ron had one that was close but neither of us had ever seen another quite like this one - thick is right, even the fine lines are thick, and the blue is exceptional too. It is, hands down, one of my very best Alleys. Although, truth be told, I like the first one I posted better. To me, it just seems more refined - this one is so loaded, it's kind of "sloppy" IMO.
  14. Looks like a Master to me. 🙂

@Fire1981 I think your initial hunch was a good one.
  16. I agree, a very nice Ravenswood, and not so easy to find either . . .
