I'd say it's a Pelt, for sure, and if it's one continuous blob/patch/ribbon, or whatever you want to call it, I suppose it would fit the definition of a PPP.

I really like a good Ravenswood marble, and that's a dandy!

I can certainly see why you'd think Alley - I would too. It does have a Pelty look to it but the ribbons that start or end in the middle of nowhere makes Pelt seem unlikely to me.

They are both Alleys as far as I can tell and it looks like the biggest difference between them is the amount of clear glass mixed into the base and how much black striping glass is applied to them. This is also how they differ from the more typical Pistachios IMO; the base and the striping on those is usually opaque. So while I think they may be part of the family, I do not think they are well developed examples of Pistachios. In addition, there are plenty of Alleys that are not Pistachios but do have that UV reactive base glass. I'd be interested to hear what @wvrons might say. And FWIW, quite a few examples like your second one came out of the dirt at Pennsboro.

Yeah, sometimes the "ribbons" are pretty thick and have a vane-like appearance.

I'd say Alley too and I think the orange/yellow color is just what you see when the white dips slightly under the surface of the red/orange base glass.

Oh yeah, it's a special marble - not so easy to come by.

Welcome to the Marble Connection, Circha! That's a nice example - the glass is so soft on those Alleys they're usually pretty beat up.

Like Steph, I'm getting modern vibes. I've seen the color combo before but I don't remember where.

There may be a few possibilities for this one and it is what it is - an unremarkable slag-style swirl. I'd put it with the rest of them.

That chiffon color is different - I'm leaning JABO but more views might change that.
