I think it's an Alley, maybe CAC.

I guess congratulations are in order - I'll bet she can pull out the swirls!

    I'll stick with Alley.
  4. You're batting 1000, Bill! I want a handful of corkscrews made out of that cullet left and center - got any?
  5. The white looks like batch glass, and based on size, my first guess would be Alley. It is a pretty one.

    I think Alley and Ravenswood.

That's a nice marble. I'm digging the last view.

The dark outline is great. I think it probably is Alley but it would be nice to see the ends of some those stripes.

Some people have all the fun!
  10. I think Champion is a good call.
  11. I don't think it matters, Mibber. Historically, if a marble fit through a 3/4" hole but not an 11/16" hole, it's would be sold as a No. 2 (3/4"). The tolerances on size just aren't that tight when they're cranking them out.

    Pelt?

😁 I'm starting a petition to swap the names of the Pelt John Deeres and Lemon Limes. Does anyone think that doesn't make sense?

    Pelt?

I'll just try to remember that a Pelt Girl Scout is the exact opposite of a Marble King Girl Scout, or have that changed that name too . . .

    Pelt?

I wish the names at least made some kind of sense - a yellow based John Deere - sheesh.
  15. I'm on a windows laptop, but I checked, and I see the same thing on my Samsung Android - weird. Okay - I see it now! Had to open the video in a new window - must be Firefox.

    Pelt?

    I'm glad I don't collect them!

    Pelt?

Here's one with no transparency, as far as I can tell (also from the Pelt ID site)

What do they call the green base NLRs with yellow stripes now?
  19. Ric

    Pelt?

I apparently had the base and stripes backwards on the JD but wouldn't Tommy's be a Lemon Lime if it's an NLR? I'm thinking the names have changed since I quit paying attention to the Pelts, and FWIW, I have never seen a yellow JD tractor with green stripes.

    Pelt?

I thought NLRs had six Ribbons?
  21. This is what I see: Are you using an Apple product?
  22. Ric

    Pelt?

Those are John Deere colors but I think JDs are NLRs and this is a Rainbo so . . .?
  23. Wow, really? I must be losing it. Where is the structure shown in the first pic relative to the structure shown in the second pic, because from the third pic, it looks like about half the marble is white.
  24. I think the first is more likely a (lazy) swirl - probably Alley. I'd lean Alley on the second marble too (the one with a single pic). The third might be Heaton.
