To start with, go to the Gallery then open the album that contains the photo you want to edit (I am going to use my album as the example)... Left click on the photo you want to edit. When you do that, your photo will open in another window... On the right side upper portion of that window, under "Image Details" you want to left click on "Mod Options"... Once you've done that, a small menu will drop down... You want to left click on "Edit Image"... This will allow you to change or add a "Caption" and/or "Discription"... If you want to totally remove the post along with the photo, in that small menu left click on "Delete Image"... Now that you've clicked on "Edit Image" another window opened up... Under "Edit Image" you will see the "Caption" box... If there is something in the box you want to get rid of, left click at the end of whatever is typed in that box then "Backspace" and that will remove it... Time now to add a new caption... Follow the same procedure with the description... When you have finished both caption and discription, go to the bottom of the page and left click on the "Edit Image" box... You should be done now...

So this isn't real football, like the NFL with real players??? And how much time per week would be involved??? I'm really stumped here...
-
Duh!!!!! What does this involve???
-
Well put "Sue" TY... I feel very much the same way. really, I am to new here to totally understand what's going on, but I really don't care for it. On the verge of leaving here myself. Lou deletes threads because their "Off Topic", Well your post and this post are off topic... Why do we not have a "Lounge" or "Canteen" forum , specifically for off topic chat??? The moderators could monitor what goes on in there easy enough... Then there couldn't be anything off topic... IMHO of course...

Some easy steps on posting photos in the Gallery, lets get started... 1. Go to the Gallery then click on the "New Album" button. 2. That will open another window. You now need to add an "Album Name" this is a must to continue. A brief discription would be very helpful. There are a lot of marbles posted that have no discription, and you have no idea what they are. When you've done that, click on the "Create Album" button at the bottom of the page. 3. That opens another window, and you want to click on the little arrow to the right of "Select an operation". 4. That opens a drop down menu, and you want to click on "New Image". 5. That opens another window that you may or may not want to add a "Caption and/or Discription"once again if you don't a lot of us may not know what we are looking at. Then you need to click on the "Browse" button at the bottom, and that will take you into your computer. 6. This window puts you into your computer. The line at the top of the window (Look in) tells you where you are at in your computer. Now you need to know where the photo you want to post is at. In most cases, the images are in "My Pictures", which is in "My Documents". Stay with me now!!! When "I" click on the browse button, my computer opens in the "Desk Top" then I have to click on the "Documents" folder to open it, then click on "My Pictures" folder to get to my marble photos. This next window just shows I clicked on "My Documents" folder, it opened and next I need to click on "My Pictures" folder, so I can get to the marble pictures. 7. Once "My Pictures" folder is opened I have access to the marble I want to post. I am going to use photo 02 to post in the gallery. Pay attention now!!! Left click one time on the picture you want to post. That will highlight the picture and add the picture's name or number to the "File Name" line at the bottom of the window. If the name or number is on the "File Name" line, then you have to click the "Open" button. 8. A new window appears, at the bottom of the window, you will see where your photos location was added to the "Image to upload" line. Finally, you need to click on the "Submit Image" button at the very bottom ot the window. You photo should be in your album!!!

It's hard to believe that that marble was dug... It is absolutely 9+ wet mint...
-
I had to hunt for it, but it is 5/8 dia. and about 2/3 orange, with eye lashes...
-
Steph, what did you call my blue and orange mib, let me know so I know what it is... When I got it, it was discribed as an Akro Experimental... Don't know for sure... Do you need more pics?
-
I'll give you a peek at the marble I had up there, one of my first... Can't mention what else was there not quite yet...
-
Sorry, really I am... Your no fool...
-
What a bunch of marbles!!! They will keep you busy for a while... Did you ever get any of the original marbles identified???
-
This question is for you Steph... Does that photo have to remain in the photo bucket forever??? What I mean is, if you cleaned your photo bucket out and deleted all photos, would that remove the photo from any post you made using that url???

That set-up photo is nice, now I have a general idea of what I have to do... Thank-You Sir...

I have been taking all my photos in the close-up mode, and the flash doesn't work in close-up... now this will be a whole new world taking the photos in manual mode, if i want to use the flash... I do have the room to set up some lighting, that would be using the wife's sewing machine/cabinet as a table (22"X38")... I really do want to go with lighting other then the flash... "Kevin" do you have your bulbs in any kind of reflective housing??? how far away are the bulbs from the object being photographed??? The hardware store has a portable light, with a round/metal shiny reflective thing that the bulb goes into, and it has a large pinch/squeeze clamp on the opposite end of the bulb, with maybe a 6' cord... Seems like it might be perfect... I want to thank everyone for your responses, very helpful and not out of the question yet...

I have very inadequate lighting any where I try to take a photo inside, outside they come out pretty good except I get the trees and power lines in the photos too... Don't tell me to take my photos outside either... Alan appears to have 2 lights in all his photos, and they are great... What do I need??? Spot lights, yard lights, or light bulbs??? How far are they spaced apart, and how high from the object being photographed are they??? This is really an issue with me... I need better lighting... Any help will be greatly appreciated... Thank-You very much for your time...

"Happy Birthday" Alan!!! May you enjoy many more... ........

Congrats!!! Ron, nows the good life... I'm sure you deserve it... I will be retiring in November, not far behind ya... I plan on spending a good deal of time at Kentucky Lake, cleaning up on the crappies, my favorite...

I love that avatar Kevin... Just had to say something about it... I am posting the rest of those Latticino's now in the ID Help forum... You have to excuse the photos, they are terrible... Bad lighting mainly, and I didn't have something locked on my tripod, a little shakey... All those marbles except for the peppermint on are in near mint condition, really...
