Hey Gang, Monday will be my last day at work... As of Nov. 30th I will be retired... Thank God I made it this far, I don't know how I did it... Now my time is my time, and I will be catching up on all the things I never had time to do... Working for the state was a real blitch... 24/7 call out and plowing snow on I94 was a killer... Now I can watch the snow fall and laugh... No chance of getting a call at 2:00 AM and having to go in and plow snow...

Well, it's almost 18:00/6:00 PM and no FedX today... They blew the 2 day delivery, because it was ordered Monday... I will be posting some photo's same day I get it... Which will probably be Friday, and that is 5 days not 2 like I paid for...

I just ordered the camera, Thur Fry's at $199.00 shipping (FedEx 2 days) and tax $224.00... Should get it on Wednesday... Once again, Thank-You everyone for you useful input...

I have been doing some real wrenching over this camera... Seems like a super deal, however... After a little searching, I have discovered that it has 2 major short commings... First is it has a short battery life (AA batteries) and second is it has no view finder... Come on gang what do you think about it???

Have you tried a lighter background??? Use a sheet of white printing paper, it might help...

Easy now guys... I am in Waukegan,IL. right now... I have my own well though and don't drink Lake Michigan's water... Someone buy a marble from him, then you will get a return address... Give it to me, and I will get in touch with this person... Waukegan is not really a big city... I only have a few German marbles, but I have many hundreds of Peltiers, Akro's, CAC's and Masters...

I have seen several of these up for auction on eBay, but never seen one with all Vitro's. I really like Bubba's Vitro, mainly because of the vivid colors...

Let me try this again. I know the Kingfishers were an early made Akro, prior to the the the Prefrese addition. So the Kingfisher's color was an early Akro color... Now, what is that color called??? Peach, Cantaloupe or what??? And would one consider it a basic color???

Some really nice marbles... The photography is supurb... I really got hung up on that orange,blue and yellow Akro very nice...

I have purchased Kingfishers and Crows, and have more of the same that were not even called that. They all look the same. Any info/data on these Mibs???
