Here is a photo of my "Spotted Dick" It did come from England with a bunch of hand made I bought... It was actually so dirty, I thought it was Bennington...

Yes they are fired white clay marbles with black dots... The dots are uniform and all are in a pattern on the mib... One on each pole and three around the center total of 5 spots...

Here's one I have out in the garage, and for sale... The doors are mounted with removable type hinges so they just snap off the cabinet... IM me if anyone is interested...

Nice pic's, would you add a note and tell us what thing are??? I'm a little lost...

I had a similar situation about 6 months or so ago... The seller just seemed to skip out... There had to be a dozen or so others on eBay, that were in the same position as me... I was only out a few dollars, but others were out 4 to 5 hundred... eBay paid me my money back, but don't know about the others, I suppose they they got there money back too... I had a conversation with Marblealan probably 3 to 4 years ago... Regarding the photos of some mibs of his I had just won... I asked him if I could use his photos to repost the mibs if I wanted to sell them... He said as far as he was concerned I bought the mibs and the photos were mine too, if I wanted them... I have had that same situation with two or three other sellers, and all of them had no problem with me using their photos... Point being, in each case I was granted permission to reuse the original photos... By the way, I haven't sold a marble in the last 3 or 4 years, other then the Decatur Marble Show this year...

I'll put some together, but it's going to take a day or two...

I'd take up fishing Rich... I cut the stomach's open on the lake perch so to see what they have been eating... Find half digested hooks, zebra muscles, and all different kind of stuff... Have a True Turn Cap full of the trinkets... Never found any alphabetized marbles though...

What does Fenton cullet have to do with it??? Now that we decided the mibs are Jabos, what time frame do they fit into??? I have 4 more 1'' mibs almost identical to the one I posted... Different colors I do believe...

Keep in mind, I'm not saying these are Alox mibs, because I don't know... All I can say is they were sealed in the bag yesterday, and I opened it up today... Can anyone ID them???

Here we go... The top three are opaque and 2 colors each no white. The rest all have a a transparent base... The top 3 mibs and the 1st mib second row and the bottom mib all react to a black light... Photo #1 Top row has two 3/4" and one 1"- mibs... All others are 5/8"...

I'm going to open that Alox Bag and get some photos of the mibs... Will post the pics shortly...

This is very well put... Dave, I guess I have my first strike started, and I've got no problems with you moderating... I think you are coming on to strong... Your not the new sheriff in town, your a deputy, and a junior deputy at that... Any decisions about banning someone should be agreed upon by all mods not just you... Of course Lou being the sheriff, he rules the roost and can do as he sees fit... Just my humble opinion, so don't take offense... Once again, good luck with your new position...
