  1. The first pic looks like it has a lot of Alley. The yellows at least look Alley. If you have any with real 9 and tails, that would be cool. Sometimes 9-like features occur and aren't the classic 9 and tail. Can you capture the 9's on camera? The reds are so plentiful they pretty much have to be game marbles. Would be crazy cool to have that many oxblood marbles (which bricks are).
  2. The lighting seems fine. I'm not sure if I was clear. When the base glass of a marble is a bright white sometimes some people are able to draw conclusions from that. I just can't remember what the conclusions are supposed to be. okay NOW I'm going to bed.
  3. Swirls. The colors and some of the ribbon patterns are making me want to guess Ravenswood on many. I might be talking out of my butt though. With that bright white I'm not even 100% sure it's not CAC. And Alley is still a possibility for all. To me the top two in the first photo look different from the rest. (I'm not really awake. Cats & flu woke me. I'm going back to sleep now. )
  4. That 1938 Kellogg bag is suede, but no Indian showing in the photo.
  5. I didn't watch the whole thing ... or very far ... so I don't know what the hobby is. I'm still woozy.
  6. It's lovely. .... no idea of a name .....
  7. That's a nice fan of threads. I like. I'm thinking Vacor. Or Asian. But because the clear base glass, I'm leaning Vacor.
  8. These are Asian marbles. We call them Imperials because they have been distributed by the Imperial Toy Co.
  9. (I also thought maybe Anacortes Vitro but wasn't sure enough to say. Now that I see another possible Anacortes in another thread, I'll come back and add that possibility here.)
  10. That dip would be called a cold roll. I think this could be an Anacortes Vitro.
  11. The cutline on that is interesting. Makes me think foreign. Reminds me of Japanese Pincher types, though it doesn't quite look like the ones I have lying around here somewhere.
  12. Hi Chris. Welcome. Could they be Vacors instead of Jabo? The thick white makes me think Vacor. Maybe "Roosters"?
  13. Interesting shade of green. My first guess is Vacor.
  14. This is a strange one. I don't see oxblood. My first guess is that it's in the Vitro family.
  15. With the orange peel, this might be a Vacor.
  16. The largest marble in this selection is around 1". Some beads from the same makers: MOSAIC BEADS -- LATE ANTIQUITY AND EARLY MEDIEVAL
  17. One more for the road Cardinal Red with Cornelians
  18. Hello. Welcome to the forum. At well over an inch in diameter, that is almost certainly a foreign marble. Probably a Vacor, from Mexico. The current company making them is Fabricas Selectas, if I'm up to date. We call them Vacor because it's so much easier, and because that was once the company's name. It's a modern marble, likely made after the year 2000. You could set the price for a few dollars and see what would happen. Such a large marble might sell for more than the average Vacor would.
