  4. IMHO at least when it comes to Rainbos there is definitely a front and back side as well as a top and bottom. The front is the seam side that looks best and I know when a marble is "upside down" it just doesn't look right, in addition seams should always be photographed vertically. Okay I'll admit that I can be a bit OCD'ish particularly when it comes to Rainbos

    Akro Prizename, a fairly common vintage marble, again a bit rough and not worth much maybe 5 bucks on a really good day.
  8. One of my rarest..... hard to capture in a pic but when I boost the exposure a bit it shows a strip of ox in the ribbons of an otherwise pretty plain Bee

  11. You can buy a camera that will take beautiful marble pictures for a couple hundred bucks, Canon Powershot for one.
