Ok, so I look at a lot of eBay listings for marbles (to procrastinate rather than posting my stuff for sale lol) and often I see incorrect info in other people's ads. Occasionally I will send people a message but I just wonder if I am being rude (or a jerk) when I do that. Thoughts?
I don't think spreading them out is an option, that container is 14"×10"×5", and filled to the brim. I do have a bunch of jabo shooters already separated :-)
That is my dilemma. I was thinking about starting by colors, then sub categories by manufacturer. Which books might you recommend for help with swirls?
Probably a slag. It is important to capture the whole marble in the pics, you might want to find something to put the marble on when photographing rather than holding it. I know for me it is easier for me to see details on a solid color background.
Tough to really tell 100% from those pics,could the top one be stone? Do the dots on the bottom one look like they were put there intentionally (like a sponge ware pattern for example)?
