"Care-o" from my mom--we used to poor that stuff on "Waffles" with tons of butter----not any more--for years and years any more. The sweets have lost their touch with me for a long time.

This helps. It is not the Akro “Oxblood Patch” that we are all familiar with. There is no oxblood in the OP or the nicer images that you posted. I have never been able to sort these as any named Vitro. I do believe that it could be a Vitro lacking in some other colors. Marble—On!!

These are a nitch marble imho as far as WVS are considered. I would be hard pressed to pay that price for any of them---Cairo—“carroo”.(is that right?) This is just my opinion. All opinions are appreciated and welcomed. Marble—On!!

Here is the thing Fire. If you and yours collect, you will find and keep what attracts you both to it. We always did it this way. The glass egg came long after the scale in this instance—it just fit when we found it and it was just one of those moments that for $2-$3 we agreed on where it should go. It has been on the counter top for so long—I cannot remember. It is just a cool thing within the memories of our collecting and fun times together, not worth a hill of beans—just cool stuff. (If I could just remember where it came from—my wife remembers this stuff—not me--- I am in charge of the more important stuff—such as finances and taking out the garbage---lol.---I do clean out the cat box---) Collect –On!!

I will not go 100%---never--well almost never😁. I will agree to a point. I collect Akro oxblood patches on a regular basis and pass on many Vitros that look similar. The Akro "oxblood patches" had a variety of colors involved and depths of color in the oxblood. This has been fun Melissa. I wish that you could get some better images. Marble--On!!

Size does matter when trying to get an ID. Champion and Ravenswood made a bunch of this type along with a few other makers. Marble--On!!
