  1. Not veneered--just a cat reaching for the sky imho. Veneered marbles are surface applied to a base glass; this one is coming out from the interior. Marble King marbles are veneering kings but these cats were injected into the interior of a glob of glass--sometimes the injection veered off course and came up to the exterior. Marble—On!!
  2. It is a pelt--no question about that in my mind. If it is not what the pelt-heads call a "Blues Brothers"--I give up on all Pelt names. Great patience Gladys, you are a collector who should be followed/mirrored. Marble--On!!
  3. This one is 2 ¼”. I found it put together with old nasty yellowed glue and love. I loved it as much as the person from the past that decided to keep the pieces together. I took it home, soaked the glue out and decided that Scotch tape did a better job---for now. I still have a few ideas to make it look better and it deserves it, as does the one that preserved it. Love it, respect it!! Marble—On!!
  4. Love it Alan--put it in your eye and take an image----Akro-eyed for sure!!!🧿
  5. No mirror Chad, I had not noticed it until you posted--the images just lined up quite well.. especially for free hand--LOL No shakes today obviously..
  6. Same tray, I just shook them up a bit. I agree Gladys it is kind of hypnotized-----
  7. I think that you may have some "newer" (2000-2003) MK multi-color cats. Nice looking marbles. Marble--On!!!
  8. Cool beans, Is that big one in the back one a sulphide from the ocean? I see some corkscrews and a possible "Flintie"--maybe two. One on the left--front, in the fourth image, almost looks hollow.
  9. Master Glass vs Master Made perhaps?
  10. Could be a Vitro or a Jabo Gladys. I am not sold on either. Marble--On!!
  11. Yes Gladys, I looked at all of the images. This is what I see; A veneered marble with veneering that does not quite touch side to side. Seams/cutoffs that at least look like I could feel them with my fingernail. Some separation in the veneering. Opposing colors top and bottom and oxblood looking glass reminiscent of that seen in Marble King marbles. There may be some pollutants in the whitish broken line. And a water buffalo with cutoff horns The base glass does not matter much to me in this instance. In my world this would be sorted as a MK. I just call them like I see them. Still a great marble. Keep em coming! Marble—On!!!
  12. I love it Fire, Opinions are like Water Buffalos---they keep coming at you, never give up! Give us more images Gladys. Marble--On!!! and Opinions on as well!!!
  13. Check out my new post Berryb, There are no “bad” marbles and no “boring” collections. Some great stuff is yet to be found. Marble--On
  14. Thanks Gladys, I see many that I like! Lay them out and show us. Keep them coming folks!! Marble--On!!
  15. Keep coming back Da Roberto. Opinions from overseas are a great thing. Marble--On!!
  16. I always tought that my spirit animal was a bird--maybe it's both.
  17. Here is a great video for those of you hesitant to post any marbles that are not “perfect”. This collector has such enthusiasm for what she does that it makes me want to go out to the shores of Lake Michigan and do my own thing. Monetary value does not drive all collectors, it is the search and find that drives most of us. I used to go metal collecting and remember the joy of finding a penny instead of a pull-tab. Collect what you like and what turns you on for sure. Collect on!!! Show what you have and enjoy all of the collectors that "light up" with the happiness of a “find”!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iN3oG--8yFs
  18. Here are a few pee wee Pelts. I am not 100% on the yellow one but that is how I sorted it, so I will stick with it for now. (it could be a Vitro) I love these little Peerless Patches, such depth/color to them. Marble—On!!
  19. I have this same image in my files🏴‍☠️. Some of the hardest work that I ever did buying a marble on e-bay was a large group with what I thought might be a hidden Grey-coat. I was never convinced but I did buy the lot. It turned out to be an Akro. I was not disappointed in the least. If I can find it I will post it in the future. Marble—On and Dream on as well!!!
  20. A Liberty, Rebel, Grey-coat mix. Imho. A great size, in great shape and it may be one of a kind! A SUPERB marble!!! Keep em coming Gladys Marble—On!!!
  21. Hello Gladys, Not an Akro--MK. A nice marble, once you put some light on it. MK marbles show up with some Ox from time to time. When ever I see the little "hooks" on the top or bottom of a marble(sometimes both) like I have shown in the following image I start thinking MK. Mentally, I have always thought that the whole "patch" with the included hooks/cutoffs at the ends looked like Water Buffalo horns that were cut off or shortened. Marble--On!!
  22. I would sort it as a Master as well. Killer marble Gladys. Marble--On!!
  23. Why not Veiligglas Mojo? I am sure that not all of the marbles that they produced are the "killer" examples that we see posted online. Marble--On!!
